"EASY AND APPEALING ONLINE/DIGITAL EDUCATION FOR YOUTH WORK WITH MARGINALISED YOUNGSTERS AND THEIR PARENTS"

The project is aimed at improving the digital skills of young people with marginalised backgrounds (and their parents).

We also aim to encourage and empower more youth workers to organise easy and attractive online/digital education activities for marginalised youth, in line with the latest updates and innovations in the field.

This project was coordinated by DOTS in partnership with the organisations Centar za Savremene and LINK DMT (Italy), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

yECO - “YOUTH-LED ECO COOMUNITY PROJECTS FOR PREVENTION OF SCHOOL DROP-OUTS”

School dropout is a serious problem in Europe, linked to poverty, migration, bullying, and social exclusion, and it persists despite educational reforms. The yECO project aims to engage young people in social and environmental projects, creating more inclusive and motivating school environments, in line with the EU’s goal of reducing dropout rates to below 9% by 2030.

It emphasizes the connection between formal and non-formal education, empowering young people and youth workers through a toolkit, an online course, and an innovative curriculum. The objective is to share good practices among European countries and multiply effective solutions to tackle school dropout.

EYSE - “ EMPOWERING YOUTH FOR SUSTAINABLE GREEN ECONOMY”

In a world where climate change has become one of the main concerns, developing sustainable practices in our everyday life is essential to become more aware of our actions and their consequences.

DOTS worked with VEDOGIOVANE, a social cooperative that has been creating projects to empower individuals and communities to bring positive changes in their lives and territories, to develop a project that fostered reflection on local sustainability practices. EYSE was meant to support young people in understanding the principles of sustainable tourism, with the aim of creating a best practices manual to be used both by businesses and private citizens. The project gave youngsters greater awareness about sustainability and provided them the knowledge and tools to actively promote it.
